(hereinafter referred to as "Xinyuan Company") makes the following maintenance service commitments to you and provides you with maintenance services in strict accordance with the service commitments. These service commitments are only applicable to Xinyuan excavators.

Half year free warranty

Xinyuan Company will provide you with timely and considerate services through the nearest service network to eliminate your worries.

For the damage of the Xinyuan excavators you purchased during normal use, you will receive free on-site maintenance services from the maintenance department designated by Xinyuan within half a year from the date of purchase (subject to the date of the official purchase invoice). Any product that is really the product quality problem of our company will be repaird by us.
